Data controller
The data controller for information collected on guidegta6.it is the site's operator, reachable at info@guidegta6.it.
What data we collect
guidegta6.it does not require registration and does not collect personal data directly provided by the user (no contact form asking for personal details, no user accounts). Data processed comes exclusively from browsing activity, through the tools described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, traffic source, device used, visit duration. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify the individual.
Tracking is active only if the user gives consent via the cookie banner shown on first visit (Google's "Consent Mode"): until "Accept" is clicked, no data is sent to Google Analytics.
The choice made (acceptance or rejection) is saved locally in the browser (via localStorage) so it isn't asked again on every visit, and can be changed by clearing the browser's browsing data.

Hosting and data transfer
The site is hosted via Netlify, Inc., a service with globally distributed infrastructure (including servers in the United States). Accessing the site therefore involves a technical transfer of data (e.g. IP address for page delivery) to Netlify's infrastructure, which operates under GDPR-compliant standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.
Advertising
guidegta6.it does not currently display advertising. If ads are introduced in the future (e.g. via Google AdSense), this page will be updated with details on the advertising cookies used, and a separate, specific consent will be requested as required by applicable regulations.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right at any time to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, by writing to info@guidegta6.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority if you believe processing violates applicable law.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated over time, for example when new tracking or advertising tools are introduced on the site. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version.
