GTA 6 pre-orders and editions

GTA 6 pre-orders have been open since June 25, 2026. Here's what editions exist, what separates them, and what you get for booking early.

The two available editions

Standard Edition

$79.99

The full game, with no extra content beyond the pre-order bonus.

Complete version of GTA 6
1 month of GTA+ membership included
Option to upgrade to Ultimate later (+$20)

Ultimate Edition

$99.99

Includes the base game plus a premium content package from day one.

Exclusive '95 Grotti Cheetah vehicle
Special weapons (Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers)
Custom variants of Jason's and Lucia's pistols
Dedicated outfits and tattoos
Access to exclusive mod shops like Rideout Customs

If you're unsure, you can start with the Standard Edition and upgrade to Ultimate later by paying the $20 difference: the total cost stays the same, only the timing of your decision changes.

Pre-order bonus: Vintage Vice City Pack

Anyone who pre-orders (either edition) before November 19, 2026 also gets the Vintage Vice City pack, themed around the 1980s:

Good to know before buying

No physical disc: even physical editions don't include a game disc, only a download code. Pre-loading starts on November 12, 2026, a week before launch, so you can start playing right away on November 19 with no wait.

The game is only confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S: a PC version currently can't be pre-ordered, and will arrive — if and when confirmed — at a later date (see the PC requirements page).
